How do I view my eStatements?

1. Log in to the app.
2. On the Home screen tab, your ‘Everyday’ space shows a list of your current and credit cards accounts. You will also find separate spaces for your ‘Savings’, ‘Loans’ and ‘Mortgage’ accounts, which you can access from the ‘Home’ screen too.
3. Either tap on the 3 dots beside the account you are looking for a statement on or tap directly on the account in a specific space.
4. Tap ‘Statements’.
5. On the next screen, tap either your ‘Account statements’ or ‘Statements of fees’.
- If the account type is not eligible for statements, the option will not be available in AIB mobile app.
- Statements can be downloaded to your phone. You can download statements to your phone. Tap on the Statement you want to download, then tap the download icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.

2. Click on Settings and select Statements.
3. Select the account and statement date that you'd like to view.
Your eStatement will be presented in Adobe PDF format; to view this you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. To find out more about Adobe Acrobat, visit the Adobe Website.
1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.
2. Click on Accounts, select Statements and Fees, and click on Statements.
3. Your eStatements will be available for viewing online as often as you receive them by post.
4. To change back to paper statements, click the On button under Paper Statements for each account.
Your eStatement will be presented in Adobe PDF format; to view this you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. To find out more about Adobe Acrobat, visit the Adobe Website.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to view and share e-statements.

Log in to the AIB Mobile App and tap Services, then tap Statements.

Then select the account you want to view the statement for.

And then select the month.

If you’re looking to share this statement, you can tap the share icon and choose an option that works for you.

For example, SMS, email, etc.

If sending by email, enter the person’s email address, and tap Send.

To order a more recent statement, select the account and tap ‘Order More Recent Statement’ at the top of the screen.

And it will be ready to view on the app the next working day.

This will include transactions from the date of your last statement up until today.
