How do I order foreign currency?

Please note that FX Services in branches are ONLY available to AIB account holders.

Sterling and/or US Dollars can be ordered by:

Completing our online order form, this is available in the Online Forms section of the Help Centre

Or

Calling your branch between 9.00am and 5.00pm Mon-Fri.

All other currencies must be ordered by completing the Foreign Currency Order Form and sending it into your AIB Branch for processing.

All Foreign Exchange orders must be paid for at the time of order
In Your Branch

Visit the Cashier Counter where a member of staff will help you with your foreign exchange request.
