It’s easy to open an account with us.

It can be even easier depending on the type of account you want to open. For example, if you want to open a current account for yourself you can do it by going through our mobile app or filling out this enquiry form and one of our team will be in contact with you.

If you want to open an account with someone else, a joint account, we’ll make it easy by sending an electronic application form via a provider called DocuSign, first to one of you. When that person has signed the form, we’ll send it to the second person for signing. Both of you will need to go to a branch with proof of your ID and address, and to provide a copy of your signature.  This doesn’t have to be the same branch or at the same time. We’ll tell you how to do this when the time comes.

The first step is to fill out this form to tell us what type of account suits your needs. You both will need to agree what type of account you want, do you want debit cards, who signs (both, or just one of you acting for both) and what happens to the money in the account in the event one of you passes away.
