We have partnered with AsIAm, Ireland’s Autism Charity, to make some of our bank branches Autism Friendly.

Here is what we have done:

Changed some of our branches to make them more welcoming and accessible.

Our people are trained by AsIAm to support customers.

Branches have a quiet space available.

We have a sensory kit for customers.

You can read what we have done and what we have planned to do in our Charter of Inclusion.

Sensory Maps

You can now view a layout of branches with sensory icons which will help you plan your visit. These are called ‘Sensory Maps’.

You can access the maps by selecting one of the branches listed below:

Athlone Blanchardstown Grafton Street Maynooth
Sligo The Quay, Waterford Clonakilty Tralee

We’re continuing our work with AsIAm to make all of our branches autism friendly.

Self Service Banking

With Phone Banking and Online Banking you can do your banking in your own time, without having to visit a branch.

For information on how to get started using these services, see our ‘How to Guides (PDF)
