SEPA Instant - Quickpay Q&As

We are working to improve your payments experience and have introduced new  features like Verification of Payee, Instant Payments, and enhanced transaction limits.

 

As part of these changes, Quick Pay will no longer be available on Internet Banking from 4 December 2025. You can still complete SEPA payments and access new features, like Verification of Payee, on internet banking and on the mobile app.

You can continue to make payments under the ‘Pay & Transfer’ menu on internet banking.

No, as QuickPay is no longer available you can not make payments through 'Limited Access' on internet banking.
