AIB Mobile Banking
There are 2 ways to see your balance in the Mobile Banking App:
1) Quick Balance:
If you have this feature turned on, press and hold the green € button on the log in screen to show the account balance and available funds on up to 2 selected accounts. This feature can be turned on or off in the Services menu of the app.
Top Tip: If you have a smartwatch you can sync it with the app to view your Quick Balance on the watch. See the Mobile Banking FAQ's for details.
2) After logging into AIB Mobile Banking, you will be presented with a list of your account balances and available funds.
You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).
Select option 1 and enter your security details.
Press 1 for balance & transaction information and follow the steps to get the information you are looking for.
In Your Branch
Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk or call our Phone Banking team using the In-branch courtesy phone, or visit the Customer Service desk where a member of staff will help you with your request to check your account balance and available funds.
