How do I order a duplicate statement on my AIB Credit Card?

1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking

2. Go to Services, click on Statements and select your Credit Card account.  

You can view up to 7 years of statements and use the 'share' option to store or send a copy elsewhere.

You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

Why not use the eStatements facility through AIB Internet Banking. This is a free, convenient and secure method of receiving your Statements online, instead of by post.

To access your eStatements,

1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking

2. Go to Accounts, select Statements & Fees and click on the icon to view your statement.

3. You will be presented with a list of statements that are available to view.

Note: When you have finished viewing your eStatement, for security reasons make sure you close the eStatement browser window, because it will not automatically close when you log out of AIB Internet Banking.

Your eStatements will be available for viewing online as often as you receive them by post.  

With effect from 28th October 2015, Credit Card eStatements issued from 21st October 2014 will be available to view for up to 7 years. 

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk.

Make sure you have your Credit Card number ready.

NB: Duplicate statement requests incur a fee.
