How do I cancel or view a direct debit?

1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

2. Select Pay & Transfer

3. Click on Direct Debits.    

Click on the required Direct Debit and you will be presented with the details and an option to 'cancel direct debit'. 

Please Note: While AIB will cancel your Direct Debit, it is your responsibility to inform the Originator of this cancellation and to make any alternative payment arrangements necessary.

2. Click on Pay & Transfer
3. Select Direct Debits.
   • To cancel a Direct Debit, click on 'cancel' and follow the instructions to complete the request.
   • To view details of a Direct Debit, click on the details icon and you will be presented with an overview. 

Please Note: The cut off times will display on screen when you are cancelling the direct debit.
