How do I cancel or view a direct debit?

1. Log into the app.
2. Tap ‘Payments’ from the bottom menu.
3. Tap ‘Scheduled’.
4. Tap ‘See all’ under Direct debits to see them all.
5. To cancel one, tap on the direct debit, and tap ‘Cancel direct debit’.
6. To confirm the cancellation of the direct debit, tap ‘Confirm cancellation’.
7. The cancelled direct debit will then appear in your ‘Inactive’ direct debits log.
1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.
2. Select Pay & Transfer
3. Click on Direct Debits.
Click on the required Direct Debit and you will be presented with the details and an option to 'cancel direct debit'.

Please Note: While AIB will cancel your Direct Debit, it is your responsibility to inform the Originator of this cancellation and to make any alternative payment arrangements necessary.

  - To cancel a Direct Debit, click on 'cancel' and follow the instructions to complete the request.
  - To view details of a Direct Debit, click on the details icon and you will be presented with an overview.
Please Note: The cut off times will display on screen when you are cancelling the direct debit.
