Where can I see details of my bank payments?

1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

2. Select the required account and press the 'Payment Logs' button. You can search up to 13 months of payments here. 

You will be presented with two lists - Out and In - and will be able to see the status of each payment you have made, as well as details of payments coming into your account(s).

2. Click on Accounts

3. Select Payment Logs.

Call our Phone Banking service on 0818 724 724 (or +353 1771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

Select option 1, enter your security details and press 1 for Balance and transaction information and follow the prompts to complete your enquiry. 

If you require further assistance, press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Advisor. 

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk.
