    AIB Internet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.

    2. Click on Accounts

    3. Select Payment Logs.

     

    You will be presented with two lists - Out and In - and will be able to see the status of each payment.

    AIB Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

    2. Select the required account and press the 'Payment Logs' button. You can search up to 13 months of payments here. 

     

    You will be presented with two lists - Out and In - and will be able to see the status of each payment you have made, as well as details of payments coming into your account(s).

    AIB Tablet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Tablet Banking.

    2. Click on Accounts

    3. Select Payment Logs

     

     

    You will be presented with two lists - Out and In - and will be able to see the status of each payment you have made, as well as details of payments coming into your account(s).

    AIB Phone Banking

    1. Call our Customer Service team on 0818 724 724 (or +353 1771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

    2. Select option 1, enter your security details and press 1 for Balance and transaction information and follow the prompts to complete your enquiry. 

     

    If you require further assistance, press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Advisor.
