I have forgotten my Personal Access Code (PAC) and/or Registration Number. What do I do?

AIB Mobile Banking
You can reset your PAC in the Mobile App. On the login screen open ‘Trouble Logging In?’
You can enter a new PAC and confirm it.
You will need to confirm your Registration Number and provide the PIN for your Debit Card to do this.
You can retrieve your Registration Number using the Mobile app. To use the Trouble Logging In link, you will be required to complete some security questions in order to proceed.
Please note: This option is only available to AIB Personal Bank Account customers who hold a valid AIB Personal Debit Card and who have previously registered for AIB Internet Banking.
If you do not have a valid AIB Personal Debit Card, you can still reset your login details by calling us on 0818 724 020 (or from outside Ireland by calling +353 1771 24 24 and selecting option 5).
You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

AIB Internet Banking
To reset your PAC, please call us on 0818 724 020 (or from outside Ireland by calling +353 1771 24 24 and selecting option 5).
You can retrieve your Registration Number for AIB Phone & Internet Banking online. You will be required to complete some security questions in order to proceed, please view the Retrieve Registration Number page for more information.
If you do not have a valid AIB Personal Debit Card, you can still retrieve your Registration Number by calling us on 0818 724 020 (or from outside Ireland by calling +353 1771 24 24 and selecting option 5).

AIB Phone Banking
If you have forgotten your Registration Number, this can be seen online. Please see the Mobile Banking or Internet Banking sections above.
If you have forgotten your PAC, call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland) and select option 5.
You will be required to complete a number of security questions, and then you can start using the service immediately.

Visit the Quick Banking Area where you use the Kiosk.
For a new PAC, use the In-Branch Courtesy phone.
