Customer Service Message Regarding COVID-19
The COVID-19 situation is constantly changing and evolving. We are continuing to introduce necessary measures to protect our customers and staff.
We want to reassure you we are working to maintain normal customer service levels and also want to remind you of our quote and buy online service facility on this site:
Worried about your insurance renewal or having concerns about payments?
We recognise this is a challenging time for everyone. We are actively working on solutions for our car and home insurance customers who have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. If you are worried about your insurance payments, we have set up a specialist team who will deal with customers on a case by case basis, as their premiums fall due. The solutions we can explore with you include restructuring payment plans and suspension of cover.
We appreciate that some customers may be unable to get in touch with us and we would like to reassure you that should this happen before your renewal date, we are happy to allow you up to 28 days after renewal date to arrange a payment.
Should you need to speak with an agent about your home or car insurance, our Insurance Contact Centre will be operating Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (excl. Bank Holidays) on 1850 27 26 25.
For non-urgent home and car insurance queries, you can also reach us via our Mailbox:
