Tell us what worked well, what didn’t, or anything that stood out to you. E.g. “I found the Insights tab really helpful — it’s great to see exactly where my money goes. Being able to categorise my spending makes it easier to keep a close eye on my budgeting.” If your feedback is about a specific transaction, please include the company or person you were paying, the date and the amount. This helps us find it quickly.

Please provide as much detail as possible to help us fix the issue, without including your bank details.
Helpful details to include (if known):

  • What you were trying to do
  • Where you were in the app (feature or screen)
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • If relevant, the name of the company or person you were paying, the date and the amount
