I want to cancel my flights and/or accommodation. I paid for these on my card. Can I raise a dispute for them?

The first thing to do is contact your travel provider to check the terms and conditions of the booking. Some might offer you a refund or to reschedule your trip.

If you do cancel your flight/tour and this trip still goes ahead, you won’t be entitled to a refund unless the terms and conditions of your booking allow for a free cancellation.

If you have cancelled a flight and/or accommodation and you are entitled to a refund under the terms and conditions of your booking then we can review your dispute. Our dispute form is at https://aib.ie/content/dam/aib/personal/docs/our-products/credit-cards/dispute-transaction-form.pdf. You will need to send us a copy of your booking confirmation that shows the cancellation policy, as well as proof that you cancelled in line with the policy and proof that you have tried to solve this issue with the service provider. Please give us this information as soon as you can so we can help get your money back because the Visa dispute process has a strict timeframe in which you can dispute a payment.
