I cancelled my flights and/or accommodation. I paid for these on my card. Can I raise a dispute for them?

 

·       Check your booking terms and conditions.

·       If you can get a refund, complete our dispute form (PDF) and send us:

o   Booking confirmation showing cancellation policy

o   Proof you cancelled according to policy

o   Proof you tried to resolve with provider
