How do I pay my AIB Credit Card bill?

AIB Mobile Banking
New Credit Card bills cannot be set up using the Mobile App. Go to How do I manage my bills? for information on how to set the card up using AIB Internet Banking or AIB Tablet Banking.
To pay a Credit Card bill that has been set up:
Log in to AIB Mobile Banking
Select the Pay & transfer
Click on Pay a bill and follow the onscreen instructions to complete your request.
You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

AIB Internet Banking
Log in to AIB Internet Banking
Click on Pay & Transfer and select Pay a bill.
Follow the on screen instructions to complete your request.
If you'd like to set up a direct debit to pay your credit card monthly, go to Services & Settings, select Manage My Cards and click on Setup SEPA Direct Debit. Following the steps to set up the direct debit. You will need your AIB Card Reader to set up a direct debit on your AIB Credit Card.

AIB Phone Banking
- Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outide Ireland).
- Select option 1 and enter your security details.
- After you are given your balance, Press 3 for Bill Payment.
Please Note: Your bill reference number must be set up in order to pay the bill. This can be done on Internet Banking under the Pay & Transfer section, select Pay a Bill, and you will need an AIB Card Reader to complete the set up. If this is the first time you are paying your Credit Card, after entering your security codes press 0 to speak with a Customer Service Advisor.

In Your Branch
Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Cash & Cheque Lodgement Machine to lodge cash, use the Kiosk, or visit our cashier counter where a member of staff can help you with your request to pay your credit card bill.
NB: Remember to bring the Credit Card Giro slip from the bottom of your paper statement with you if you are lodging cash.
