How do I update my personal details and contact information?

- Your email address and mobile number need to be confirmed. If you haven’t done this previously, they will be highlighted in red. If they are highlighted in red, follow the steps on screen to confirm them.
  1. You can update your email address, mobile number or address by logging in to the app.
  2. On the home screen select the ‘Profile’ button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Next, select ‘Your profile’, then ‘About you’.
  4. You can edit your mobile number, email address or address where the pencil icon is.
- You cannot update your name or date of birth in the AIB mobile app. You will need to visit us in a branch to do that. Make sure you bring proof of identification.

2. Follow the instructions on screen.
Please Note:
- Internet Banking - You will need your AIB Card Reader.
- Mobile Banking - To update contact numbers, you will need to log on to Internet Banking.
- To update your date of birth or surname, visit your local AIB branch with proof of identification.
