    AIB Internet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Internet Banking.

    2. Click on Services & Settings and select My Details.

    3. Follow the instructions on screen to update your contact and personal information.

    4. You will need your AIB Card Reader.

    AIB Mobile Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Mobile Banking.

    2. Click on Services and select My Details.

    3. Here you can view the address and contact numbers we have on file for your account. To change these details, you need to log on to Internet Banking.

    4. This screen will also allow you to view and amend your email address and verify your PPSN number. Just follow the instructions on screen.

     

    You can download AIB's Mobile Banking App from the Google Play or Apple App store.

    AIB Tablet Banking

    1. Log in to AIB Tablet Banking.

    2. Click on Services & Settings and select My Details.

    3. Follow the instructions on screen to complete your request.

    4. You will need your AIB Card Reader.

    AIB Phone Banking

    1. Call our Customer Service Team on 0818 724 724 (+353 1 771 24 24 from outside Ireland).

    2. Select option 1, enter your security details and select 0 to speak to an agent.

     

    Please note: To update your date of birth or surname, please drop into your local AIB branch with proof of identification.

    In Your Branch

    Visit the Quick Banking Area where you can use the Kiosk or the In-branch courtesy phone, or visit our Customer Service Desk where a member of staff can help you.

     

    You will need your AIB Card Reader for requests over the phone.

     

    Proof of identification may be required for Customer Service assistance.
