Everyday banking should feel effortless
That’s why, later this year, we’ll launch a new AIB mobile app designed to support how you bank every day with new digital tools and services to make managing your money simple, seamless, and intuitive.
Today, we’re inviting you to take part in our pilot - to experience what’s next and share your feedback as we continue to build.
Our pilot for our new mobile app
As part of the pilot, you’ll download and use the AIB pilot app alongside the AIB mobile app. To avoid confusion, here’s what we mean when we refer to each app:
AIB mobile app: This is the app you use today for everyday banking. On your device, it appears as “AIB Mobile”.
AIB pilot app: This is the app you’re using as part of the pilot. On your device, it appears as “AIBROIPILOT”. You can use it at the same time as the AIB mobile app.
New AIB mobile app: This is the new version of the AIB mobile app that will be launched later this year.
When the pilot ends, we’ll let you know. The AIB pilot app will then be deactivated and should be removed from your phone.
You’ll continue using the AIB mobile app until the new AIB mobile app is rolled out to you later this year.
