All you need is:

An AIB bank account (Republic of Ireland)

The eight-digit Registration Number you have for the current app. (Retrieve Registration Number)

We will never ask anyone for their AIB Personal Access Code (the confidential five-digit code used to access the current app, internet or phone banking), or for debit or credit card details.

Things to know:

This pilot is for customers with a Republic of Ireland Internet Banking registration number.
The pilot version of the app is live — any transactions such as payments or sending money will happen in real time.
The pilot runs on a separate app and is only available for a limited time.
You can still use the existing AIB Mobile App if needed. This will be available to you as normal throughout the pilot.
At the end of the pilot, we’ll let you know how to exit the pilot. You’ll return to using the existing app as we get ready to launch the new version later this year.
